To prepare this remedy, you need:

• 15 fresh healthy BIO lemons
• 12 heads of fresh garlic
• 1 kg domestic honey
• 400 g of sprouted grains (young green wheat)
• 400 g of fresh walnuts.

To prepare the sprouted grains you do the following:

Place the 400 g of wheat in a glass container and cover with water by a couple inches and let stand overnight. After 10-12 hours, drain the grains in a strainer or colander, then rinse well and drain. Leave the drained wheat to stand for 24 hours in a bowl. After that, you can get the wheat sprouts, 1-2 millimeters in length.

The preparation process is quite simple.

First, grind together the sprouted grains, nuts and peeled heads of garlic and 5 lemons. Then add the juice of the remaining 10 lemons with the rest of the mixture until the mixture is homogenous. Add the honey and stir with a wooden spoon, then pour into a glass container. Leave the mixture in the fridge for 3 days, and then you can start consuming it.
